The 1999 USS James Monroe Association reunion was held in Poulsbo, WA in October 1999. Wayne Sieckowski did an excellent job in organizing this event, scheduling a number of fun and interesting events for attendees, and arranging for a tour of one of the Trident submarines based at the submarine base in Bangor, WA.
