*These are specially negotiated rates for the USS James Monroe Reunion reunion. Prices are based on double occupancy. Single passengers will pay a supplemental fee. There is limited availability of cabins that can accommodate third and fourth passengers. Balcony and Suite staterooms are based on availability and will also be eligible for Ship-Board amenities. All prices are considered “cruise only” and do not include insurance, airfare or transfers. A deposit of $200.00/person is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received by Cruise Holidays of Silverdale no later than 23 JUL 2013.

Exclusive Cruise Holidays of Silverdale Ship-Board amenities of $25.00/person (passengers 1&2) and one bottle of wine/cabin are available if paid in full by 23 JUL 2013.

You do not have to make your reservations through Cruise Holidays of Silverdale (CHS) to participate in the USS James Monroe Association Reunion cruise. You can reserve directly through Carnival, another travel agency or a cruise website. In addition, the lowest prices available from Carnival now are $249 / person (only $20 less per person) but they have severe restrictions such as no cancellation, no selection of cabin and no ship-board amenity, so the prices through CHS are a better deal. If you still wish to reserve the least expensive $249 / person cruise, that can be done through Cruise Holidays of Silverdale if desired.

NOTES:

1. Guest’s full legal names, gender, date of birth and contact phone numbers are required with deposit. “Goes by” or nicknames are not allowed and guests risk being denied boarding if proof of citizenship does not match the reservation exactly.

2. Proof of Citizenship: Passports, US passport cards, and enhanced driver’s licenses (EDL stating US citizenship are issued by Washington state and possibly other states) are preferred. However, US citizens taking “Closed-Loop” cruises (those originating and terminating from the same US port) are not required to have a passport, but will need an original or certified copy of a birth certificate and a government issued photo ID.

3. Smoking Policy: Effective 01 DEC 2011 smoking is prohibited in all guest staterooms. Guests in balcony staterooms may smoke (including cigars) outside on their balcony. Guests who smoke in their staterooms will be assessed a $250.00 cleaning fee. Smoking is not allowed in any dining areas. Smoking is allowed in other designated public areas, bars and lounges.
